 In the ESSTT, research is considered as a main drive. It allows the development of the staffs' skilfulness, it maintains at an excellent level the technical teaching program and it has a good effect on Tunisian industries.

   Many graduate students and members of the school staff participate in  a very high level of research works and subjects in many different laboratories and research groups in the school.

  They are mainly supported in their activities by the school, the ministry of Higher Education, Scientific  Research and Technology and the ministry of  industry.
