December 15 : Paper submission. EXTENDED TO January 5

January 10 : Poster/demonstration Submission

January 10 : Proposals for tutorials and thematic sessions.

February 15 : Notification to authors.

March 1st : Camera-ready.

March 5 : Early registration.

Types of Sessions

• Paper sessions (20 minutes presentation).
• Short paper sessions (15 minutes presentation).
• Interactive demonstrations (15 minutes).
• Tutorial sessions.
• Poster sessions.

Instructions for authors

The working language of the conference is English. Authors are required to prepare the manuscripts in the IEEE two-column format, using PDF with embedded fonts (i.e., "Press" settings in the Acrobat Distiller). Only manuscripts in PDF formats will be accepted.

Complete papers are required for the review process. The following page number limits must be respected.

• Full research paper : 6 pages.
• Short paper : 3 pages.
• Poster and demonstration : 2 pages.
• Tutorial proposal : 2 pages.

These page limits include authors' information, abstract (no more than 200 words), all tables, figures, references, etc. The author information should include names, affiliation, postal and email addresses, phone and fax numbers of authors.
